David Chadwick, President & CEO

David founded the Leading Edge in 2000 and has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has founded several successful private and public companies such as phoneXchange, Inc., a facilities based international carrier, which was sold in 1999 to ICN, Inc., a publicly traded company. David also founded C/Net Solutions in 1996, a switch-based service provider to the prepaid phone industry. David also co-founded Chadmoore Wireless Group, Inc., a publicly traded company which sold to Nextel in 2000. David holds a Bachelor in Public Administration from the University of Mississippi.

Gary L. Killoran - EVP, Carrier Services

Gary has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations of publicly-traded and privately-held companies in the telecommunications industry. Prior to Gary rejoining Leading Edge in 2010, he served as Executive Vice President, Carrier Services with CommPartners Connect for almost 4 years. Gary served as CFO at Leading Edge from 2000-2005. Gary’s operational experience includes network operations, provisioning, client activations, customer service, technical support, IT, co-location management and, contact centers and carrier relations. Gary has served on executive management teams for companies such as; phoneXchange, Chadmoore Wireless Group and Camden Financial Group. Gary began his start in the telecom industry with Centel Corporation, which was acquired by Sprint. Gary graduated in 1988 and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin.

Tim Keane: EVP Call Center Solutions

Tim combines 6 years of experience in telecommunications management and financial analysis with 15 years of experience in information technology and software design. He has a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Business Administration and MBA specializing in Accountancy.

Mike Burke – VP, Operations

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry that includes; network engineering and management – specializing in Network Operations Center functions, interconnections and Local Exchange Carriers. From 2004 to 2010, Mike served as Vice President, Operations CommPartners Connect. Mike is responsible for the construction, deployment and operation of our network throughout the United States. Mike as served on executive management teams for Ameresco E3 Energy Services, Mpower and Sierra Pacific Communications, where Mike was responsible for the development and deployment of a state-wide fiber optic network in Nevada. Mike has a Bachelors degree from Cal State University-San Bernardino and a Masters from Redlands University.

Cliff Rees, EVP Business Development & Sales

Cliff has 25+ years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur in telecom, including 7 years as Founder & CEO of XCast Labs and 10 years as Founder & CEO of Telegroup ($300M+ revenue, offices in 40 countries). Other prior experience in telecom includes President, World Access and President, Convergia. Prior to telecom, he co-founded an international oil brokerage company with seats on the NY Mercantile Exchange and the London Int'l Petroleum Exchange, and offices in New York, Houston, London, Tokyo and Singapore. Cliff has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Michigan State University.
