Our NOC is available 24 x 7 x 365 and can be reached by calling 800-200-7023 or by emailing support@leadingedge.com. For best service on any call quality issues, please have the following information available:
- Date & Time of call
- Number from which the call was placed
- Number dialed
- Precise description of what happened (e.g., dead air, long post-dial delay, static, echo, etc.)

Leading Edge’s Customer Portal is supported by Orca Wave and gives you web-based access to a large range of reports regarding your traffic.
